DoodyBros LLC ("DoodyBros," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to doodybros.biz and the dog-waste pickup services offered through it.
1. Information we collect
- Account and service information: name, service address, email, phone number, gate-access notes, dog details (count, names, behavior notes).
- Payment information: processed by our field-services platform (Jobber) and its payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Service operations data: visit timestamps, completion photos for quality assurance, service notes.
- Site usage: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request timing) for security and reliability. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
- To deliver, schedule, and bill the services you requested.
- To communicate about visits, schedule changes, payment, and service issues.
- To investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
- To improve the services (aggregated, non-identifying review of operations data).
3. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers necessary to operate the business:
- Jobber (Octopii, Inc. d/b/a Jobber) — our field-services and payments platform.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — currently Railway (compute) and Cloudflare (DNS).
- Email and SMS providers for transactional communications.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
4. Retention
We keep account and service records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations (typically up to seven years). Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
5. Your choices
- You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@doodybros.biz. We will respond within a reasonable time and to the extent permitted by law.
- You may unsubscribe from non-essential email by following the link in any such message. Service-related communications (visit confirmations, billing) cannot be opted out of without canceling service.
6. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we do not guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
